Terms of Service

By using Adra you agree to these Terms. Read carefully, they define what you can and cannot do with the platform.

1. The service

Adra is a scraping and funnel cloning platform (quizzes and landing pages) with AI-assisted editing. You paste a link, we replicate the structure, you edit and export.

2. Acceptable use

You are responsible for what you clone and how you use the result. It is prohibited to:

• Reproduce trademarks, logos, or third-party verbatim copy without authorization.
• Clone pages for phishing, fraud, scams, or any illegal activity.
• Attempt to bypass plan limits, scrape the platform massively, or compromise the infrastructure.

3. Account and billing

Billing is monthly. You can cancel anytime from the dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid cycle. No prorated refunds.

4. Plan limits

Each plan has a clone limit per time window. Limits are documented on the pricing page and may be adjusted with reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual property

You own what you create and edit using Adra. The platform, code, brand, and infrastructure belong to Adra.

6. Limitation of liability

Adra is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability nor are we responsible for how you use the generated clones. Use responsibly.
